New ISTAT Appraisers
Having passed the exams that were administered at the ISTAT Americas
conference in March, the following Candidates have now advanced to
Appraiser grade: John Edwards (Willis Lease), Alice Gondry (IBA Group),
Dave Houlihan (Orix) and Hugh Mc Teague (Airbus).
The ISTAT Appraisers’ Program, founded in 1988, is the only internationally recognized program for certifying transport aircraft appraisers.
Current participants in the program now include 32 Appraisers, 12 Senior
Appraisers and four Appraiser Fellows.
