Serenity, time
and health!
Founder of Life Bay, a small enterprise in Berlin from 2013, Stefanie BAY
proposes means for preventing burnout and achieving a better work-life
balance. Explanations.

The term burnout has become more
and more popular. Even if it is often
used as buzzword, it indicates that
workload has become an important
stress factor especially for knowledge
workers. The range of trainings,
workshops and coaching offered covers topics such as time and target
management, self-motivation, stress
management including relaxation techniques and business yoga practices,
individual and team coaching.
A holistic concept
Life Bay presents a holistic concept
which pursues the idea that there are
three main factors that are essential for
sustainable success: efficient self-management, clear communication and
awareness of personal health. Having
the mission to discover, activate
and evolve personal resources and
potentials, Life Bay works with a solution-oriented approach to support the development of competences as well as the awareness
and mindfulness for health, enabling its clients to
live in balance. Life Bay sees itself as a driving
force for personal growth, change and success.
To better comply with all requirements in job and
private life, Life Bay assists its clients to realize a
work-life-balance, to accomplish stress, to release
blockages and to prevent burnout.
The causes of stress
My motivation to found Life Bay is easy to explain.
It can be seen as a reaction to the constantly

changing working culture. Employees, the key
source of a successful company, are confronted
with increasing requirements such as flexible
working hours, higher performance requirements,
increasing pressures of time, more complex job
descriptions as well as constant availability and
a multi-media presence. For many people these
are potential causes of stress that could have a
sustainable impact on mental health, personal
efficiency and motivation. The results are e.g. a
lack of concentration, musculoskeletal disorders,
cardiovascular problems or burnout.
Consequently, from a long-term perspective, to
ensure personal health, satisfaction and motivation of employees and conversely to ensure quality
in performance and the allover success of a company, it is a must-do to have a closer look at these
present developments. The Life Bay concept is a
clever answer to these developments and offers
a sophisticated support to adapt to these changes or even better, to flow with them. With Life
Bay I would like to contribute to a healthier, more
efficient and motivated way of working and living,
affecting business and private life. Through the
qualified practice of systemic and yogic interventions inner serenity, contentment and clarity can
develop.
A specific approach
Providing my customers with this holistic approach
is a responsible task where several qualifications
are mandatory. Therefore, in addition to my studies
at ESCP Europe and my working experience as
communication manager at Swarovski in Austria,
I'm a certified systemic coach and consultant,
healing practitioner for psychotherapy and yoga
teacher.
