Promesses Soreasmey Ke Bin crossed a business threshold in Cambodia by opening the first high-class lingerie boutique the country has ever seen. To determine the needs and expectations of Cambodian customers, he conducted an important market study, testing his samples on 200 potential customers. Thanks to the precious collaboration of the company Avanti Trading that specializes in introducing new products in Cambodia, he was able to get in touch with foreign brands and created Promesses last April. On the ground floor of a beautiful building, also the home of a ready-to-wear store and model agency, the concept store found an ideal location: six large windows in a trendy residential area, alongside fashionable hotels, spas, restaurants and bars. Inside, the 1076 ft2 area is luminous and refined, dominated by the color white. A silk curtain separates two fitting rooms. There is a VIP room, a large salon and a private dressing room… ideal for a shopping session with friends, with snacks and drinks and three sales clerks to pamper the customers. Promesses offers a wide variety of middle and high class brands, Aubade or Thailand’s Raphaela Magica for example, complete with a jewelry line.
