Business News ëa Lingerie reaches out to US retailers Presenting at the major trade shows throughout the US this summer, the internationally known lingerie and swimwear brand ëa Lingerie will be expanding its operations in North America where their sophisticated high-end collections made of exquisite fabrics will be available to specialty boutiques and department stores. a Lingerie, the premiere sophisticated lingerie line known for its high-end, one of a kind designs, is set to expand both its brand and its retail operations in the United States in 2008 thanks to a series of strategic moves and investments. Currently sold in over 300 specialty boutiques in 20 countries, ëa Lingerie is a growing premium brand that designs and handcrafts limited edition collec- ë tions which aim to be exclusive. Launched in 2003 the brand is well-established and has become highly successful in South and Central America, their first market. Currently ëa Lingerie is expanding to Europe and the United States where it will attend all the major lingerie and swimwear shows including Curve and Lingerie Americas with the aim to gain widespread distribution in high-end lingerie boutiques and department stores. ëa North America has opted to make Miami its base of operations and headquarters while there are major plans to expand the sales network which currently guarantees coverage of the US through sales representatives in New York, Texas and California. With its exquisite models made from the finest imported European fabrics, the ëa Lingerie line features soft textures and surprising combinations of colors and comprises two lingerie collections per year and one swimwear. Amongst the brand’s best-selling collections feature Magnetism, inspired in gothic styles, and Sportif, its line of sports apparel and accessories. Soleil, the new swimwear line is a concept of desert, blending animal prints and a chromatic palette of dust colors. ëa Lingerie management stated that their expansion in the United States is in response to the need expressed by their clientele and that ëa Lingerie is committed to bringing only the finest quality apparel to the ëa woman everywhere.
