Rennes has a network of 14 public libraries. The
membership fee is €3 for those aged 18 to 25, €16
for those aged over 25 who are residents of Rennes
or Rennes Métropole, and €39 for those aged over
18 who are non-residents. This gives access to all the
14 libraries, where you can borrow up to 8 books
(of which 4 is not a book) for a period of 3 weeks.
Reading, the consultation of documents, and Internet
access in the libraries is free.
