Anne, improving stormwater management with increased
measures for bio-retention, and redeveloping the Crescent
Apartments tower-part of Fairfax County's affordable
housing stock-to increase the number of units.

All Aboard in Central Florida
Recent development in Orlando, Florida, has been
spurred in part by the construction of SunRail, central
Florida's new commuter rail line. With the first phase of
the line scheduled to open in the spring of 2014, recently
completed projects include STEELHOUSE Apartments,
an award-winning, four-story community set one-quarter
mile from SunRail's downtown Central Station.
