Dewberry associate vice president Jeffrey Poplin leads
the firm's cloud hosting services under its WSCA-NASPO
contract, a collaboration of the Western States Contracting
Alliance and the National Association of State Procurement
Officials. The cooperative contract serves public agencies
with cloud hosting, provisioning, and consulting services.
Dewberry is currently working in partnership with Amazon
Web Services (AWS) to support a number of entities,
including the states of Hawaii, Utah, Montana, Louisiana,
and Colorado, as well as Oregon State University and the
University of Maryland University College.
