positions in 2017. Cynthia Chen, CPA, was promoted to

of accounting and finance. Chen received her Master
of Science in accounting from the University of North
Carolina, Chapel Hill and her bachelor of science in
international business from Suzhou University in China.
The firm also hired Elese (Lisa) Adele Roger, PMP,
as executive director of IT and technology. Roger holds
a bachelor's in management information systems from
Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
