"In the event of a total loss of municipal water, we studied several
ways the Veteran's Affairs medical campus could operate for a
96-hour period without interruption. This required a detailed
investigation of the facility's primary operations that use water,
and then development of conservation measures, ways to manage
controls, and ultimately reduce water consumption for those
functions."

"We delivered engineering services for an $82-million medical center
expansion, including site/civil, surveying, planning/zoning, landscape
architecture, permitting, environmental, and traffic engineering. The
expansion added a new emergency department, separate pediatric

and inpatient pavilion space, below-grade service dock for materials
management, and courtyard garden spaces."

"As one of the highest points in Harford County, multiple wireless
carriers use the 143-foot water tank for telecommunication carrier
antennas. The handrail, used for mounting antennas, was out of
space and capacity for an additional carrier. We designed a corral
that was installed on top of this tank to support the antennas. Our
design included a generator to maintain emergency power for the
wireless carrier and for the water authority supplying the tank."
