"This new engineering research building for the University of Illinois at
Chicago (UIC) will accommodate three engineering departments and include
a high-bay space for structural testing. Engineering program spaces include a
variety of labs, researcher offices, ﬂex space, a student lounge, student offices,
a seminar room, and a unit operations lab. Sustainable building systems are
integrated throughout the design, and the project is on target to achieve
LEED®-Gold certiﬁcation."

"More than double the size of the previous facility, the new
Glen Ellyn Police Department was carefully designed with
input from the department to meet their needs and above all,
improve safety. As part of a design-build team, we designed
the new, 29,000-square-foot facility. The public amenities and
entrance were grouped along the south end of the building with
an inviting, transparent two-story lobby that faces both the
street and adjacent neighborhood park."

Houston Methodist Hospital Woodlands

"As part of a design-build project, we designed a seven-level,
pre-cast concrete open parking garage with a pedestrian
skybridge connecting it to an existing medical office building
on the third level. The design also takes into consideration
a future pedestrian skybridge, also from the third level, to a
future medical office building. The parking garage is designed
to accommodate 800 parking spaces."

"After the devastation of Hurricane Harvey, we conducted more
than 3,000 substantial damage assessments of residential and
commercial buildings to assist communities participating
in the National Flood Insurance Program with determining
