ISTAT Jetrader - Spring 2021 - 3

During these trying times, ISTAT has taken steps to be more relevant to
our members over the past 12 months that may otherwise have taken years to
develop. We now have an excellent ISTAT Online program, which is coordinated by
Peter Negline. Paul Geaney has rallied around some fantastic people to create a
Rising Executives Program. We continue to make good strides on our Professional
Development Program, Appraisers Program, D&I and, of course, the ISTAT
Foundation. These initiatives are here to stay, and we will continue to develop our
online offerings for our membership even as the pandemic recedes. In addition, we
have broadened our Members Between Jobs Program and would encourage anyone
who has recently lost their job to avail of it.
With all of this, ISTAT has a busy 2021 planned. It may be somewhat skewed
toward the latter half of the year, but that was to give it the best chance of
happening. In April, we have our first ISTAT Miami Conclave. This will hopefully be
the first of a busy schedule and a slow resumption to normality. We will follow this
with the Latin America Forum (Mexico City, August), Asia (Singapore, September),

EMEA (Edinburgh, October) and
Americas (Austin, November). I am
looking forward to seeing everyone in
person at one of the events.
