at Sun Country Airlines; Tom Doxey,
president of Breeze Airways; Ursula

JetBlue; and Constance von Muehlen,

Davis highlighted Sun Country's
unique revenue model, leveraging three
streams: scheduled service, charter
and cargo. By cross-utilizing assets
and implementing a flexible scheduling
strategy, the company maintains low
costs while capturing peak demand.
Regarding pilot shortages, Davis
noted a shift in attrition rates, with
captain availability being the primary
constraint on growth due to first
officers transitioning to larger carriers.
