value-added services needed to help advisors grow
their businesses.
The quality that characterizes the sales force today
has always been in place, and that has been the
foundation of the Company's sales growth, said
Michael Keogh, who joined OppenheimerFunds as a
regional sales representative in 1989 and later worked
in Investment Brand Management as a liaison
between portfolio managers and the retail sales force.

PERFORMANCE
BRINGS RECOGNITION
Another major factor that contributed to the growth
of OppenheimerFunds was the Company's investment performance. When Kurt Wolfgruber became
chief investment officer in April 2003, he put in
place specific internal objectives for fund performance relative to industry benchmarks. The
Company responded and, over the next few years,
achieved investment results that were among the
best in the industry.
Noted mutual fund industry analyst Lipper, Inc.
named OppenheimerFunds as the Best Overall
Large Fund Family in 2006 and named the Company the Best Large Bond Manager in both 2006
and 2007. Also in 2007, OppenheimerFunds earned
19 individual fund awards from Lipper, the second
most of any fund firm. Barron's annual Top 100
mutual fund managers list, meanwhile, included
four OppenheimerFunds portfolio managers,
marking the ninth consecutive year that four or
more of the Company's portfolio managers made
the list.
Performance wasn't the only area where the
Company was gaining notice, however. OppenheimerFunds also was recognized for its exceptional client
service. In 2003, the Company was ranked No. 1 in
Back Office Operations for the second consecutive
year by Dalbar. The Company also received a
five-star rating from National Quality Review
(NQR) for Telephone & Processing, Best in Class
designation for Telephone Services for the first two
quarters, and NQR's Peer Group Best in Class
designation for Telephone & Processing in the
second and third quarters. It was also Best in Class
for Correspondence for two quarters. Over the
years, the Company's Web site has consistently been
ranked at or near the top by industry analysts such
as Dalbar and Kasina.
2006 OppenheimerFunds enters the asset allocation
fund market with the launch of its LifeCycle series of funds.

Offers Real Commodity Diversification
Investors seeking an instrument that
tends to move up - or at least hold
its value - when stocks move down
often turn to tangible assets. Raw
commodities ranging from gold to oil to
wheat offer this diversification, but they
can be difficult to access for an average
investor without the ability or desire to
take delivery of actual commodities.
Before the late 1990s the only funds
that offered exposure to the sector
were those that purchased stock in
companies involved in the production
and handling of commodities -
which layers management and equity
market risk to the performance of the
commodities themselves.
Then, in 1997, OppenheimerFunds
devised an innovative solution. Believing
that all investors should be able to
benefit from commodities exposure,
OppenheimerFunds introduced the
Oppenheimer Real Asset Fund and
became the first company to offer
mutual fund investors true access to
the commodities markets.
Unlike funds that held shares of
commodity companies, Oppenheimer
Real Asset Fund, renamed Oppenheimer
Commodity Strategy Total Return Fund
in 2007, removed the impact of the stock
market and company management and
gave investors dollar-for-dollar exposure
to commodity prices and their diversified returns. "By giving investors broad
market exposure to the commodities
market, this fund can provide portfolio
diversification while potentially reducing volatility and serving as a hedge

against inflation and event risk," said fund
manager Kevin Baum.
The fund has been acclaimed for its
innovative approach ever since. Financial
Advisor magazine perhaps put it best in a
June 2003 article that stated, "In the world
of mutual funds, you can't get a purer play
on commodity prices than Oppenheimer
Real Asset." n
This Fund may invest in foreign securities, which entail
special risks (such as currency fluctuations and political
uncertainties) and may have higher expenses and volatility. Investing in fixed income securities involves risk,
including credit and interest rate risk. When interest
rates rise, bond prices generally fall and the Fund's share
price can fall. May invest in up to 10% in lower rated
("junk") bonds, which are more at risk of default than
other bond investments and are subject to liquidity risk.
Invests in derivative instruments, which are subject to
great volatility and a higher risk of loss than traditional
investments as well as risks associated with the underlying commodities market. Diversification does not
guarantee profit or protect against loss.
Appropriate for investors seeking total return over the
long term, plus the potential to enhance diversification of
an existing mixed asset portfolio. This Fund is not intended as a complete investment program and is intended for
investors who are willing to accept this risk.
