I am most proud of our collaborative and supportive
corporate culture that fosters an environment where every
employee is comfortable offering opposing viewpoints
and innovative ideas, and working with others in the firm
to achieve a common goal. Our culture has been a differentiator throughout our history, creating the flexibility to
adapt and evolve in response to industry changes, and to
deliver strong results for our investors.

Joining OppenheimerFunds to build out the firm's Smart
Beta ETF capabilities for clients has been one of the true
highlights of my career, and I could not be more proud
of the team and business that we built together. In three
short years, our Beta Solutions team quickly transformed
from a small start-up within the OppenheimerFunds active investment franchise into a fast-growing, stand-alone
$5 billion business with strong market recognition for
delivering dynamic and innovative ETF solutions to our
clients.

OppenheimerFunds while continuing to ensure independence. I'm most proud of the integrity and dedication that
team members have to distill information, ask questions,
and formulate clear guidance as they work across the organization, ultimately to serve our clients. I thank the team

I am most proud of the HR team for the way they put our
employees first and have made this an employee-centric
firm. Of the accolades our firm has received, one of my
favorites has been P&I's Best Place to Work in Money
Management, which we earned three years in a row. The
team also rose to the occasion in helping employees
prepare for the acquisition. The progressive ideas they
have championed and their dedication to their internal
clients have truly made this a great place to work, an
experience in their careers I hope they will cherish and try
to replicate.

of our business groups a competitive advantage. The
collaboration and teamwork within our group and across
the enterprise have enabled us to be agile, innovative, and
able to make tremendous strides in reaching our target

What I'm most proud of is our exceptionally talented
investment team, who have consistently taken a longterm approach to help our clients meet their goals. Every
member of this team is an important contributor to the
top performance, innovative product development, and
great partnerships that have been built over the years.
By cultivating diverse viewpoints and homegrown talent,
combined with a continued focus on strong governance
and prudent risk management, we have shown how

business partners, and the way in which they have

thinking outside the box and helping to foster our culture

What I am most proud of at OppenheimerFunds are my
remarkable colleagues. I have thoroughly enjoyed the
opportunity to work alongside and learn from so many
amazing individuals over the years. Together, with an eye
