quarter century,
the Spiro Awards
have been a
celebrated
tradition at
OppenheimerFunds. The
annual award
recognizes
employees who
exemplify our
corporate values
of excellence,
integrity, collaboration, and
passion, and who also inspire these attributes
in others. 
First unveiled in 1992, the Spiro Award is
named after former Chairman Donald Spiro,
who over 40 years helped shape our culture,
laying the foundation for our reputation of excellence and integrity. Each year, employees
from across the firm's functions and footprint
nominate colleagues who've made significant
contributions, while embodying our values;
those who have gone above and beyond
to serve our clients, while making the firm a
great place to work. The winners are selected by a Spiro Award Advisory Committee,
consisting of past Spiro Award winners, HR
Relationship Managers, and senior leaders.
Spiro led with the principle that success is
measured not only by what you achieve, but
how you achieve it, and it is in that spirit that
the Spiro Awards have continued to this day.

Over the last 10 years, OppenheimerFunds has also developed an
active network of Business Resource Groups (BRGs), volunteerdriven communities that help foster an inclusive workplace and
are aligned to the firm's growth strategy. The BRGs have provided
leadership and development opportunities, increased employee
engagement, and driven connectivity among teams. Harnessing the collective power of our BRGs and their allies has enabled
colleagues to connect to the experiences of diverse employees
in their communities and at the firm, and helped drive business
results. The launch of an internal BRG web portal offered a central
location to showcase news, events, and research and marked a
significant evolution of these groups as value-added, strategic
partners in all aspects of the business.
