WHAT LED YOU TO BUY THE PANTHERA S4 PRINTER?
In fall 2018, I was in the market for a new dye sublimation printer
and turned to my partner for equipment and wide-format media,
Randy Peters, President and CEO of The Mosaica Group, to recommend a high-speed printer. Randy claimed the Panthera S4-3.2meter printing system achieved speeds up to 4000 square feet
per hour! Like all salespeople, he had built it up so much that my
expectations were quite low. I thought there's no way this machine
can do what he says. To our amazement, the machine has been
an incredible asset. As of today, we run 75 percent of our current
production needs on the Panthera S4.
WHAT BENEFITS HAVE YOU WITNESSED?
Our production throughput rates have been off the charts. What
used to take hours to print now takes just minutes. One program
we do for a client takes a little more than nine hours of run time on
our other printers. We run this same program on the Panthera, and
it takes one hour - and the results are stunning. We managed our

workflow based on timelines and type of quality needed for the job,
and now we have no concerns about running any type of job. Our
basic payback or ROI has been accelerated by almost a full year.
CAN YOU SHARE A RECENT SUCCESSFUL PROJECT?
A client was desperate to get a project done for a weekend event.
Not only were we able to print the fabric they needed; we delivered
the same day. We wouldn't have been able to do it if we didn't have
the Panthera S4. Plus, we gained a new customer for life!
HAS THE PRINTER INCREASED PRODUCTION AND PROFITS?
Yes! We are up by 64 percent over the last year, and one of the
main reasons for this growth is our ability to shorten lead times
to our clients. The new Panthera has helped better execute on
the operations side and allowed us to grow our business at a very

STUNNING GRAPHICS FOR 2019 SUPER BOWL LIII

Top Value Fabrics teamed up with valued customer Parallax Digital
Studios (parallaxdigital.com) to print high-profile graphics for the
2019 Super Bowl LIII held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
The largest challenge Parallax faced was outfitting a massive
stage with endless amounts of cabling, trusses, tie-downs, and
speakers, with an aesthetic dual-purpose solution to hide these
components and to provide eye-catching branding for Super Bowl
LIII. The team had three days to measure, fabricate, and install,
and no mechanical fasteners could be used. Parallax elected to
utilize the dye sublimated fabric and
SEG frame approach to deliver on the
needs for high-end, seamless graphics.
With the understanding that these
displays would serve as the primary
backdrop for many primetime events
throughout Super Bowl LIII, the finished
results needed to be stunning and

attention grabbing. Parallax determined TVF's Supernova fabric
was perfect for the large lightbox graphic requirements. Knowing
they could rely on Supernova's tight warp knit, lock-stitch, and
durable construction, they were able to place strategic holes
in the graphics without excessive tearing or graphic faults that
would reveal speakers behind the structure.
Parallax also utilized TVF's Midnight Blockout fabric for
additional surrounding graphics due to the fabric's excellent print
quality and durability. The finished graphics for the surrounding
displays were required to withstand dramatic temperature shifts
expected for the duration of the two-week event. Parallax states:
