Epson has launched the SureColor F10070 76-in. dye sublimation
printer engineered for high-speed industrial production with
resolution up to 1200 x 1200 dpi. The press reaches speeds of 2700
sq ft/hr (7.75 linear ft/min) in fashion/signage print mode and 1600
sq ft/hr (5.5 linear ft/min) in sports apparel mode, according to the
company. The SureColor F10070 printer utilizes 4-color, Oeko-Tex
Eco Passport-certified UltraChrome DS inks in a Hot-Swappable
Ink system designed for uninterrupted printing.
Features include Advanced Multi-Core Processor with Optic
Fiber for high-speed data communication, Step and Repeat pattern
printing, Advanced Auto-Media Tension Control System for precise
media feed control, Partial Overlap Printing and Epson Precision
Dot technology for reduced banding, Job Connection feature to
increase throughput, user-replaceable PrecisionCore Printheads
with Nozzle Verification technology, 9-in. touchscreen control
panel, printhead fabric wiper and transfer paper cleaning systems,
active air fi ltration system, high-efficiency dryer, automated
take-up reel, wide window with interior lighting, and signal lamp.
Applications include tabletop covers, shower curtains, window
treatments, blankets, interior décor, soft signage, and more.

Drytac has expanded its FloorTac floor graphics line with the addition
of FloorTac Textures in Sand and FloorTac Emerytex White RB. Both
fi lms do not require an overlaminate and offer nonslip certifications
for use in public spaces on common flooring surfaces including
short-pile carpets, ceramic tiles, sealed wood, waxed vinyl, marble,
terrazzo, and concrete, according to the company.
FloorTac Emerytex White RB 8-mil, monomeric, soft, calendered
white PVC fi lm features up to nine months of indoor durability, a
matte pebble textured fi nish with slip resistance, pressure-sensitive
removable acrylic adhesive for ease of application, and compatibility
with eco-solvent, solvent, UV, and latex inks.
FloorTac Textures in Sand is the fi rst release from the new
FloorTac Textures range. The 6-mil, textured, matte white, polymeric
PVC fi lm is fi re rated with indoor durability of up to six months.
Pressure-sensitive gray acrylic adhesive offers simple installation and
clean removal, the company reports. The fi lm is designed for printing
with UV and latex inks.
Both fi lms are available in rolls up to 54 in.
