Jerzees has introduced the Snow Heather collection in French
Terry and Jersey with a slub, textured, vintage-style fabric.
French Terry is available in 11 colors in three styles: French
Terry raglan crew, raglan hood, and a ladies' raglan full-zip
hood. Snow Heather Jersey line includes T-shirts and a ladies'
racerback tank, available in 14 colors. The polyester-cotton
blend garments are available in sizes small-3XL, with color
and sizing options varying per style.

X-Rite and Pantone have partnered to release the Cup
and Cylinder Fixture, which enables eXact and Ci6x
spectrophotometers to measure and control color
nondestructively
on curved surfaces
such as small
plastic parts, cups,
bottles, and tubes
for packaging,
plastics, and
industrial applications; compatible
materials include
plastic, foam, film,
and paper. The
fixture is designed
for printers that
need to measure
color on final
X-RITE
products without
damaging the sample, and is said to reduce measurement
time, streamline QC processes, and support sustainability by
reducing waste. The customizable fixture includes a samplepositioning arm for moving/rotating a sample to measure at
different locations and a bench for alignment.

Roland DGA has introduced its Texart RT-640M multi-function
dye sublimation printer for direct printing onto coated
polyester fabrics or to sublimation transfer paper with Texart
SBL3 sublimation inks. Features include 8-channel printheads
with 4-color, 8-color, and 8-color fluorescent configurations; a
media take-up with adjustable front rollers; magnet weights
for tensioning; Roland Bulk Ink Switching System with 1000cc
pouches and automatic switching backup; and ink collection
channel within the platen for direct printing on thin textiles.
Included ErgoSoft Roland Edition 2 software has tools
specifically for textile dye sub applications, allows users to
RIP up to eight jobs simultaneously, and features an Aurelon
PDF engine with 64-bit native support.

Vastex has added the rear-clamp, 8-station, 8-color V-1000-88
to its V-1000 line of manual, entry-level screen-printing
presses. Features include modular design, rubber-coated steel
pallets, floating-head design enabling all-heads-down printing,
tool-free microregistration, six-way head leveling, and more.
The press utilizes five legs for stability and is compatible with
a variety of pallets for applications such as oversized prints,
transfers, signage, and flat stock.
