Business Insights Solutions for the A/E Industry CASE Contracts Reflect Evolving Industry Standards, Practices The Council for American Structural Engineers (CASE) developed 17 contract documents to help firms manage risk and safety on structural engineering projects. The CASE Contracts Committee updated each contract to reflect changing industry standards and practices. Each contract also includes language on both indemnification and risk allocation and incorporates expanded language on attorney and expert fee costs.
