Petrin is vice president and project manager/ structural engineer in the Nashville office, where he manages multi-discipline projects, including industrial and aviation facilities. Petrin has been with BWSC for 22 years. Earth Tech, Inc. appointed Dale Sands as senior vice Dale Sands Sally Macon president and director of environmental services within its Global Consulting & Engineering Division. Most recently, Sands was the director of strategic services and director of client development at CH2M HILL. Sally Macon was named vice president of federal business programs. Macon will be based in Earth Tech’s San Antonio office and will serve as the firm’s liaison with Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE) clients. She will serve as deputy program manager for Earth Tech’s AFCEE Planning, Program and Design contract, which has a five-year ordering period that runs through January 2008.
