Ball State University Muncie, Indiana
Joel Bynum is the new assistant director for the coordination of living-learning communities for housing and residence life. Bynum previously served as the coordinator of academic partnerships and initiatives at Kent State University in Ohio. Prior to these roles he was a resident manager for Ball State and a resident director for Western Washington University in Bellingham. He holds a master’s degree in student affairs administration from Ball State. Becky Isaacs is the new assistant director of administrative services for housing and residence life. Previously, Isaacs was the technical assistant for academic progress for the registrar’s office at Ball State and held positions with RoseHulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana. She holds a master’s degree in student affairs administration from Ball State.

Georgia College and State University Milledgeville, Georgia
Candace Maddox is the new associate director of student development. Maddox completed her doctorate in college student affairs administration from the University of Georgia in Athens and previously worked there and at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia. Lori Burns is a new area coordinator. Jess Rehling is a new area coordinator.

The Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA) College Station, Texas
Jennifer Waller is the new executive director of ASCA. Waller has a master’s of science in education in the field of guidance and counseling as well as a master’s of education in the field of higher education administration. Waller has been an ASCA member since 2006 and has served on the Conference Committee since 2010. She has 17 years of experience in higher education and has previously worked at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Texas Tech University in Lubbock, the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and Texas A&M University in College Station. Waller has previously served as a liaison for the NASPA (Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education) Region III board and as a membership chair for NASPA.

Will Ahern is the residence hall director of Alger Hall. Courtney Andros is the residence hall director of Casey Tower. Shedia Christopher is the residence hall director of Bishop Hall. Melissa Da Costa is the hall manager of Whitaker Hall. Will Hernandez is the residence hall director of DeGroat Hall. Nicole Holtz is the residence hall director of Glass Tower Hall. Laura Luettger is the residence hall director of Higgins Hall. Jenna Siddon is the residence hall director of Hendrick Hall. Julie-Jo Stanton is the residence hall director of Shea Hall. Ashley Ware is the residence hall director of Randall Hall.

David Braden is a new regional vice president for the on-campus division.

University of Virginia Charlottesville, Virginia
Gay Perez has been named associate dean of students and executive director of housing and residence life at the University of Virginia. Most recently, she served as associate director for the Department of Housing and Residential Education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Perez is an active member of the Southeastern Association of Housing Officers (SEAHO) where she has just completed a three-year cycle as president. Previously, she served as annual conference program chair, past host, NC state representative, and member-at-large. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in organizational psychology and a Master of Education in administration and supervision, both from the University of Virginia.

Scott P. Casey is the new senior vice president and chief technology officer. J. Drew Koester is the new senior vice president and chief accounting officer. Christine J. Richards is the new senior vice president and chief operating officer. Matthew S. Fulton is the new vice president of operations. Joshua J. Wilson is the new vice president of development.
