Students at South University are housed across the street from campus at The South University Savannah School Sponsored Housing which is located at a local apartment complex called 8000 Waters. The housing program moved to 8000 Waters in 2010, but this was not too big of a change. The housing program has traditionally been off campus. The complex can accommodate 43 students.
