27,000 sq. ft. facility in Whitby, Ontario. AeroTek
strives to improve existing processes, while
adding new ones as required. AeroTek is
particularly focused on environmentally friendly
processes and is Canada's expert on IVD, the
completely environmentally friendly replacement
for CAD and other sacrificial coatings. Large
part zinc-nickel plating, light sulphuric anodizing
and closed loop waste treatment were added to
reduce our environmental footprint. AeroTek has
implemented in-house NDT as part of ongoing
efforts to provide customers with improved
services. AeroTek achieved a 4Star level on
Bombardier's 5Star program and is ISO/AS9100
Rev D, NADCAP(Merit), and N299.3 approved.
