Discuss how to provide assistance or guidance to individuals in the management of blood
glucose levels in relation to all
exercise and physical activity.

exercise responses and any

Indicate the macrovascular and
microvascular complications of
diabetes, such as heart disease,

Utilize the principles of guided
behavior change to assist individuals in making long-term
changes to their physical activity participation.
