Rogers brings 40 years of oil field
experience to his new role. He managed

Nabors, Atwood Oceanics and RoberdsJohnson Industries in various capacities
before founding and serving as president
of HP Piping Solutions, which HENDERSON acquired in 2018.

E. Gould its executive vice president
and chief operating officer.
Gould has three decades of industry
experience, including two decades working in unconventional plays such as the
Marcellus, Barnett, Fayetteville, Bakken,
SCOOP and STACK. Since 2015, he
has served as senior vice president of
production and resource development
at Continental Resources Inc.
Early in his career, Gould led Burlington Resources' Cedar Hills team, operating
the first field in the United States developed
exclusively with horizontal wells. He has
also held positions at Chesapeake Energy
Corporation, Kinder Morgan Inc., ConocoPhillips and Exxon Corporation. ❒

(SES), has promoted Kenneth Bhalla
to chief technology officer.
Previously, Bhalla led SES's drilling,

Encana Corporation has named Corey
D. Code its executive vice president and
chief financial officer.
Since joining Encana in 1999, Code
has served in positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as vice president of investor relations and strategy.
His prior leadership positions include
treasurer and vice president of portfolio
management.

Foster Marketing has promoted Anna
Scordos-Brooke to director of public relations, where she will be responsible for
devising clients' overall public relations
strategies, and will work with public relations associates in the United States to
implement plans globally.
Scordos-Brooke previously served as
Foster's public relations account executive
based in the United Kingdom. She has
13 years of experience writing for oil
and gas industry publications. Before
joining Foster in 2013, she held editor
positions with global publications such
as Oilfield Technology, LNG Industry,

After 18 years of service with Nissan
Chemical America Corporation (NCA),
Robert Griffith is retiring from his position as vice president of the company's
Pasadena, Tx., plant. Since 2001, he has
played a critical role in Nissan's chemical
manufacturing capabilities in South Texas,
overseeing three major expansions at the
plant, construction of a new laboratory,
and the start of various product lines.

BUCHAN

OPEX Group, has hired Roy Buchan
as senior vice president.
Buchan, who also joins the company's
board of directors, has 30 years of oil
and gas experience. His career spans
executive leadership roles with a number
of operating companies, including Ithaca,
Talisman and Shell, as well as a wealth
of international positions in operations
and asset management.

Texas American Resources Company
has appointed Ben M. Ellis its chief financial officer. He will oversee finance,
fundraising and midstream business development efforts, and help lead the
company's acquisition strategy.
Ellis has two decades of financial
leadership experience, most recently as
CFO for Travis Peak Resources LLC.
While at Travis Peak, he led $250
million in acquisitions and divestitures,
and helped evaluate acquisition targets
within the Anadarko, Appalachian, Permian and Gulf Coast basins.
Ellis previously spent five years at BP
Corporation North America Inc., where
he helped close $9 billion in acquisition
and divestiture transactions.

David L. French has joined Rosehill
Resources Inc. as director, president
and chief executive officer.
French has 29 years of experience
in the energy industry. Since 2016, he
has served as director, president and
CEO of Obsidian Energy Ltd. From
2013 to 2016, he held the same roles at
Bankers Petroleum Ltd. He also has
worked in managerial and operational
positions at Apache Corporation, McKinsey & Company, Altura Energy Ltd.
and Amoco Corporation.
