NEWELL, W.V.-Marsh Bellofram has
sold its King-Gage® division to NOSHOK
Inc., a maker of measurement solutions
headquartered in Berea, Oh.
King-Gage, part of Marsh Bellofram
since 2011, has marketed applicationspecific solutions for level measurement,
inventory tank gauging and compressed
air filtration to the chemical, industrial,
offshore, marine, and food and beverage
industries for 80 years, Marsh Bellofram
describes.
Marsh says it will continue to offer
full lines under brands including BelGAS,
ATC Diversified, Bellofram Elastomers,
Marsh Instruments and Bellofram Precision Controls.

CGG Is No Longer Involved In Seabed Data Acquisition
PARIS-CGG says it is completing its
exit from the seabed data acquisition
business by terminating the Seabed Geosolutions joint venture agreement.
In line with its strategy to exit the data
acquisition business, which CGG argued
in a Nov. 2018 strategic roadmap is affected
by overcapacity, lack of differentiation,
commodity pricing and heavy fixed costs,
CGG has agreed to transfer its 40% shareholding in Seabed Geosolutions to Fugro

Tulsa Oil Patch Organizes Free Irish Culture Festival
TULSA-The 2020 Tulsa IrishFest, a
free, family-friendly event celebrating
Irish music, culture, art and food, is scheduled to take place March 13-14 at the
Guthrie Green park in downtown Tulsa.
According to organizers, the event
has a track record of providing fun and
educational experiences for attendees,
including information on Ireland's geology, oil field careers, hydraulic fracturing and seismicity. The festival attracted 8,000 people when it launched
in 2018 and grew to 12,000 in 2019.
Tulsa IrishFest co-founder Don Burdick, chief executive officer of Olifant
Energy, points out the event is funded
and organized by the Oklahoma oil patch.
"I am amazed at how much we have
been able to accomplish," he says.
"While the event's main goal is to be
the best festival in Tulsa and one of the
best Celtic festivals in the United States,

before the end of the first quarter of 2020.
The company also was to conclude before
year-end 2019 the remaining matters
related to Seabed Geosolutions' financing
and noncompetition provisions by paying
$35 million to Fugro.
Including this payment, CGG anticipates significant positive net cash flow
above its expectations in 2019.

Dave Curley, part of One for the Foxes
and The Crannua Collective, is one of
many Irish musicians who participates
in the festival. "I have performed at a
number of events in association with the
festival and have been treated so well. I
am fortunate to have made wonderful
new friends in Tulsa and from the Tulsa
oil patch," he reflects. "Talking with them
has helped me realize how much work
goes into producing energy."
Curley adds that the event's organizers
"have taken great care to keep an atmosphere of authentic Irish culture at
its core, bringing world-class Irish music
performers to Oklahoma."

create a scaled, global leader in production-optimization solutions.
ChampionX is involved in drilling,
completion, and energy production, chemistry sciences and solutions operations.
The business is expected to generate
$2.4 billion in revenue in 2019, the companies report.
Following the merger of ChampionX
and Apergy, the combined company will
have $3.5 billion in pro forma 2019 sales,
with a strong balance sheet and robust
free cash flow generation, Apergy says.
The merger provides greater scale, a
larger geographic footprint, enhanced
customer touch points and low leverage
supported by strong cash flow generation
through the oil and gas cycle, Apergy
continues.
