fracturing fluids that boosts initial and
long-term production.

Tachyus, a provider of production optimization software, has appointed Fernando Gutierrez its chief executive officer.
Gutierrez has been in the field of
digital oil solutions for two decades.
During his three years at Tachyus, where
he most recently served as vice president
of customer success, he has played key
roles in product development, customer
onboarding and technology implementation with operators across the world.
Before coming to the company, he spent
12 years at Schlumberger.

LLOG Exploration Co. LLC is promoting Eric Zimmermann, its vice
president of geology and business development, to chief operating officer.
Zimmermann has 20 years of industry
experience. At LLOG, his accomplishments include serving as lead geologist
in the Delta House area of Mississippi
Canyon and playing an instrumental
role in identifying growth opportunities
for LLOG and developing the company's

short-, medium-, and long-term strategy.
Before joining LLOG in 2007, he worked
for BP and Dominion.
Zimmerman is a member of the
Texas and Louisiana boards of professional geoscientists, a fellow of the Geological Society of London, and a former
president of the Southeastern Geophysical Society.

Energy Transfer LP is naming Mackie
McCrea and Tom Long co-chief executive officers. They succeed Energy Transfer
co-founder Kelcy Warren, who will remain as executive chairman of Energy
Transfer and chairman of the board.
McCrea joined the partnership in
1997 as senior vice president of business
development. Since then, he has served
in numerous leadership roles, including
group chief operating officer and chief
commercial officer for Energy Transfer
Operating LP, and most recently, president and chief commercial officer for
Energy Transfer.
Long has served as the partnership's
chief financial officer since 2016. Before
assuming this role, he served for five
years as executive vice president and
chief financial officer of Regency Energy
Partners LP, which Energy Transfer acquired in 2010. Prior to that, he held
leadership positions with Matrix Service
Co. and DCP Midstream Partners LP,
among others.
