Purchases Alamo To Gain New Frac Fleets
HOUSTON-NexTier Oilfield Solutions
Inc. says it has reached an agreement
to acquire 100% of the ownership interests
of Alamo Pressure Pumping LLC
for a total consideration of $268 million.
Noting
that Alamo formed in 2017
and is based in Midland, NexTier describes
the company as a leading Permian
Basin pressure pumper based on nextDialight
Offers Floodlight For Harsh Environments
FARMINGDALE, N.J.-Dialight says
its new ProSite LED floodlight is a
highly efficient and rugged product built
to last in the toughest conditions, including
oil and gas applications.
" This product features Dialight's hallmark
dependability and efficiency in an
innovative, compact new design that provides
a brighter, safer and more secure
work environment, " says Fariyal Khanbabi,
Dialight Group chief executive. " It is very
important to us to provide products that
perform to the highest standards, while
also being cost-effective, easy to install
and virtually maintenance free over their
10-year lifespan. "
The new ProSite series is available
in 12,000-65,000 lumen models, reaching
up to 165 lumens per watt, for
mounting as high as 100 feet, Dialight

to keep operations safe and secure.
The floodlight is available in nonhazardous
as well hazardous location
models, Dialight continues, and offers
maximum protection against water, dust,
debris, vibration and impact
with IP66/67, NEMA4X and
IK10 (integrated polycarbonate
optic/lens or lens cover) or IK08
(glass lens cover) ratings.

Dialight's ProSite LED floodlights
use freeform optical surfaces that
distribute light over the target area
with minimum light spill. The company
says they deliver optimal illumination
without wasted light
or unnecessary light pollution.

Acquired assets include nine hydraulic
fracturing fleets with 460,000 horsepower,
approximately 92% of which is Tier IV
DGB capable, NexTier reports. The company
says these additions fortify it as
the leader in Caterpillar Tier IV dualfuel
technology.
" The acquisition of Alamo accelerates
and magnifies the impact of our nextgeneration
technology strategy, providing
NexTier with significant opportunities
for deploying gas-powered equipment
and complementary integrated solutions
into a market with high and increasing
demand, " says NexTier President and
Chief Executive Officer Robert Drummond.
" Combined, we will operate the
third-largest base of active hydraulic
horsepower across the United States and
the largest base of next-generation equipment
in the Permian, improving our scale
with highly-utilized fleets for an efficient
