Expro Group has appointed Karen
David-Green to the newly created position
of chief communications, stakeholder
and sustainability officer.
David-Green has held communications,
marketing and investor relations
leadership positions with Weatherford
International PLC for the past 10 years,
with the most recent being senior vice
president of stakeholder engagement and
chief marketing officer. In that role, she
established Weatherford's Sustainability

Timothy J. Cutt has joined the Petroleum
Alliance of Oklahoma's Board of
Directors following a unanimous vote of
the organization's Executive Committee.
Cutt is the chief executive officer of
Gulfport Energy, an Oklahoma Citybased
company with acreage in the
SCOOP Woodford and SCOOP
Springer plays in Oklahoma, as well as
the Utica Shale in Ohio. His past roles
include CEO of QEP Resources from
January 2019 to March 2021 and CEO
of Cobalt International Energy from
2016 to 2018. Before that, he held several
executive positions with BHP Billiton
and spent 24 years with
ExxonMobil.

Quorum Software has named Kyle
Priest executive vice president and
chief marketing officer (CMO).
Priest previously served as the chief
growth officer at FPX, which provides
sales software to manufacturers with
configurable offerings, such as compressors,
valves, motors and pumps.
Before FPX, he was CMO at Solera, a
provider of data, applications and services
for insurance and automotive customers.
Priest also served as the general
manager and senior vice president at
SapientRazorfish, and founded The
Priest Group, an outsourced CMO
services company he sold to Crown
Partners.

report they have signed a memorandum
of understanding to apply their

According to the companies, the solution

EAG Opens Tulsa Office To Tap Local Expertise
TULSA-EAG 1Source, a sister company
of EAG Services that provides IT
and back-office outsourcing solutions, announces
it has opened an office in Tulsa.
