Howard Energy Partners has named
Kasi McCormick its senior vice president
of organizational effectiveness and
integration.
McCormick brings more than 15
years of strategic planning and program
development experience, having served
in several leadership roles for United
Way of San Antonio and Bexar County,
Tx. As vice president of individual
giving and major gifts, she led the major
donor program, the Tocqueville Society,
and was directly responsible for doubling
its membership and increasing major
gifts revenue. During her time at the organization,
she played a direct role in
securing state and federal grants, creating
system and policy changes on a local
and national scale.

David Ward has joined PropFlow,
which provides technologies designed
to remove debris from proppant at the
well site, as chief executive officer.
With nearly 20 years of experience
in sales, people management, supply
chain optimization, fleet management,
warehousing, distribution and software
integration, Ward has a track record of
building high-performance, cross-functional
teams. For the past six years, he
and commercial roles, most recently
as senior vice president of supply
chain and business development at HiCrush
Inc. McConn previously held
various commercial and supply chain
roles at Vista Proppants and Logistics
and Halliburton.

Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. has appointed
Blake McCarthy its chief financial officer
and Brian McConn its executive vice president
of sales and marketing.
McCarthy has more than 15 years of
experience in various oil and gas finance,
investing and public company roles. Before
joining Atlas, McCarthy spent seven years
in operational and financial roles at NOV
Inc., most recently as president of NOV
Grant Prideco and vice president of corporate
development and investor relations.
Earlier in his career, McCarthy was a principal
investor with Citadel Global Equities,
covering the global oil and gas industry
with a specific focus on the oil field
services sector.
McConn brings more than 10 years
of experience leading large organizations'
commercial strategies and helping them
pivot into new markets. Before joining
Atlas, he spent five years in operational

as executive vice president, chief financial
officer and treasurer.
Nutt is a long-tenured financial executive,
having served from 2018 until
2021 as senior vice president and CFO
of ChampionX Corp. and its predecessor
Apergy Corp., prior to its merger with
ChampionX Holding Inc., the upstream
energy business of Ecolab Inc. Earlier
in his career, Nutt served in various financial
leadership capacities with TechnipFMC
and FMC Technologies, with
the most recent being senior vice president
and controller.

Hartman its chief financial officer.
With more than two decades of experience
in finance and operations,
Hartman has expertise in financial planning,
human resource management and
ERP system implementation. As the
CFO and chief operating officer at TTL
Subsea, Hartman spearheaded financial
strategies and operational efficiencies.
Previously, at Proserv, she served as
the global vice president of finance for
subsea controls, overseeing regional finance,
HR, IT and compliance functions.
