UT Austin Gifted Licenses By Geophysical Insights
HOUSTON-Geophysical Insights
reports it has donated multiple licenses
for its Paradise®
AI workbench software
to the Jackson School of Geosciences
at The University of Texas at Austin.
This contribution, valued at over $5
million, will equip undergraduates, graduate
students and researchers with the
latest machine learning and deep learning
technologies in seismic analysis, the
company explains.

and research initiatives and consortiums
will benefit from this donation.
Paradise can accelerate automated detection
and visualization of seismic faults,
stratigraphic analysis, lithofacies prediction

Technologies, a provider of digital automation
and cloud/SCADA software.
Gilmore Launches Valve That Endures 20,000 Psi
HOUSTON-To support activity in
higher pressures and temperatures,
Gilmore was tasked with providing a
PR2 check valve with a maximum allowable
working pressure of 20,000 psi
and a temperature range of 0 degrees F
to 250, the company relates. The valve
needed to withstand the extremes of
high and low pressures while preventing
backflow, Gilmore adds.
