Performance Vector Alliance
USAIG and Aviation Performance Solutions (APS), the global leader in Upset Prevention
and Recovery Training (UPRT), have renewed their partnership through USAIG's
Performance Vector safety initiative. The Performance Vector program allows eligible
policyholders to choose annually from a range of valuable, safety enhancing programs
and services delivered by the industry's leading providers. Through the popular APS UPRT
option, USAIG can fund one pilot's tuition annually for a 3-flight basic UPRT curriculum.
The policyholder can either use that training directly or apply the tuition value toward a

produce posters that promote safety, security and other key topics. An extensive
collection is available for browsing in our online archive. It's not just a great place to
shop for ideas for your next safety campaign-we still hold limited supplies of some

Exacting procedures are required for proper aircraft maintenance. Using the wrong fluid for the
wrong application risks costly damage and could endanger the aircraft and its occupants inflight.
Assure accurate servicing by having clear and robust fluid management protocols.
Make sure the only people handling aircraft fluids
are trained in and following shop protocols.
Assess and set up safeguards for any fluid
management hotspots, such as the potential for
diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) to be confused with
aviation fuel additives.

request them for free on our website. Beginning in 2015, companion digital images for
each poster have been created and can be downloaded for use as computer desktop or
screensaver 'wallpaper.' Combining those with paper posters can help create a consistent,
reinforcing safety theme in your workplace. A poster is a mindfulness tool of limited
duration. You notice it when you pass by, and that boosts its message to the top of your
mind for the next few hours. That's why posters remain a valuable component of modern
safety promotion campaigns, and why it's a great safety practice to post them in relevant
workplaces and change them out periodically so they stay fresh and noticeable. Visit our
