And the reason isn't what you think, at least not entirely. Although compliance with the approaching Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) Out mandate still is a hardware challenge for owners of a few models, and an expense for all of them, industry experts agree it's very unlikely that ADS-B alone will ground any turbine aircraft.
