BUSINESS AV I AT ION IS experiencing strong growth, with demand for both new
and used business jets seeing a steady increase, according to Honeywell's thirtieth
annual Global Business Aviation Outlook. Honeywell's forecast was released
just ahead of the National Business Aviation Association's Business Aviation
Convention and Exhibition in mid-October. The report estimates there will be
7,400 deliveries of new business jets in the next decade, with up to 620 deliveries
this year.
Honda unveils new larger jet concept
Honda Aircraft is developing a new sibling for the original HondaJet. Attendees at
NBAA in Las Vegas were the first to see the HondaJet 2600 concept, which is projected
to match the range and capability of a larger aircraft with efficiency.
Textron adds two more Citation Gen2s
