Here is a three-part activity to help you work through loss and grief: First, list all the losses you have had and possibly will have during this pandemic (such as not being able to go to camp over the summer, or take a family trip): Second, write about how you feel. This is another chance to "let it all out," and try not to hold back at all. Of these losses, which one feels the biggest? How does it make you feel? For example, you might feel sad, hopeless, or angry. Third, what can you do to cope? Is there another version of the activity you could do? Do you need to come up with your own mantra? Will exercising or meditating help you feel better?
