Financial Impact of Submission:
Non-emergency resolutions calling for the
expenditure of more than $10,000 must be
submitted by this date.
January 15, 2014
Financial Impact of Submission:
Non-emergency resolutions calling for the
expenditure of $1,000 to $9,999 must be
submitted by this date.
January 30, 2014
Financial Impact of Submission:
Proposed changes to the APMA Administrative
Procedures must be submitted by this date.
Such changes should be submitted in
the same format as a proposed change to
the APMA Bylaws.

Non-emergency resolutions calling for the
expenditure of less than $1,000 must be
submitted by this date.

Financial Impact of Submission:
Emergency resolutions must be submitted prior
to 12 p.m. on this date.
The Resolution Preparation Guidelines have been
created to assist sponsors in the development
of a resolution. The guidelines, as well as the
Resolution Financial Impact Form that should
accompany each resolution, are available at
www.apma.org/hod. If you have any questions
