T hese are just some of the questions received from prospective podiatric medical students during the live question-and-answer sessions on the Step into Podiatry webinar series. The series was designed in response to the restrictions imposed by COVID-19: In-person recruitment events and even in-office shadowing came to a standstill in March, and prospective students were at home and online. APMA quickly adjusted its efforts and developed the webinar series to keep prospective students engaged while they waited to contact and ultimately shadow DPM mentors in the Mentor Network. 12 APMA News July/August 2020
