Year of the Member
You may have seen information from APMA about this being the " Year of the Member. "
What exactly does that mean? From our standpoint, it means all APMA staff recommitting
to providing excellent customer service to our members. It also means
providing services that are of the highest value to you individually. Every member,
depending on where they are in their career, employment situation, geographic location,
etc., has unique circumstances that infl uence the value to be realized from their
APMA membership.
APMA has an incredible number of exclusive resources members can use. It is often
challenging for us to eff ectively communicate all that is available to you as a member. As

the up-to-the-minute information and resources available.
* APMA Engage: Make sure you download the APMA app for both Apple and Android
devices. The app provides a plethora of curated information you need to know.
* The APMA Online Learning Center: Here you can fi nd free and for-purchase
programs to obtain continuing education contact hours (CECH).

training, and ensures you are reimbursed properly for your services.
