$170-$195K working 15 hours or two

Enjoyable part of my practice: Due to

I see many production people, celebrities
(actors, comedians, recording artists,

award winners. I treat their ailments
and respect their privacy, and they
welcome my questions about their
personal lives and enjoy sharing stories
that few others get to hear. The practice
will be 100-percent transferred to
the new owner at no cost. I will then
work in the office a half to one day a
week up to two years if I choose and
have no overhead (office/business)
expenses. For the new owner, I will be
around to help reassure patients of the
changes and help ease transfer anxiety.
My income will be only that which
is billed and collected under my name
with no office expenses. If at any time
after three to six months of the new
arrangement, the new owner decides
to have me exit the practice, the new
doctor can pay me a predetermined
