Purchase orders must be submitted on an official company/organization purchase order form. To ensure
you receive member pricing, include a member account number. Purchase orders cannot be used for Online
Conferences. The minimum product order subtotal (not including shipping and handling fees and sales

orders; actual shipping charges apply. Other shipping and handling charges may apply. International
purchase orders are not accepted. Purchase orders can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

TAXES

DOMESTIC

Taxes are required and will be applied to orders
shipped to Maryland and the District of Columbia.

We offer standard shipping, expedited second day, and
overnight shipping options via UPS. Shipping rates are
listed in the box below. Domestic shipping usually takes
5-7 business days.
Available items will be shipped within 3 business days
from the time your order is submitted. Expedited
orders submitted after 2:00 p.m. ET, Monday
through Thursday, will be shipped the next business
day. Orders submitted after 2:00 p.m. ET on Friday,
during a weekend, or on a holiday will be shipped the
next business day. (Questions regarding expedited
shipping may be directed to ASHA Product Sales at
888-498-6699.)
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes as PO boxes
are used only by the U.S. Postal Service. UPS cannot
access these boxes.

INTERNATIONAL (INCLUDING CANADA)
Orders being sent internationally cannot be sent via
2-day or overnight mail. As long as customs processing
goes smoothly, items should be received in 14-21
business days.

Maryland Residents: 6% of Order Subtotal
DC Residents: 5.75% of Order Subtotal

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ASHA curates top-notch products; however, should
you receive an unsatisfactory item, you may return it,
at your expense-unused and including all formats
and original packaging-within 90 days (120 days for
foreign addresses) of the original ship date from ASHA.
Please note: ASHA does not accept partial returns on
Best Buy items or Value Sets.
Shipping and handling charges are not
refundable.
Due to processing and administrative costs, ASHA
does not routinely refund amounts under $5.00
without a written request. Other return policies or
restrictions may apply.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received an incorrect or damaged shipment,
you may return it within the stated period at the
association's expense.

ONLINE CONFERENCES
If, after purchasing an online conference, you are
unable to attend, you may receive a full refund up to
the week before the conference begins. Cancellations
received after that point will be refunded less a $50
processing fee, and no continuing education credits
may be earned for the conference.
Cancellations will not be accepted after the conference
begins.
To cancel, e-mail coursecancellations@asha.org with
the title of the conference and "cancellation" in the
subject line.

ASHA CE COURSES
ASHA CE Courses offered through ASHA Professional
Development carry a course end date. Courses will
not will not be accepted for return or exchange after
their respective course end date. No credits or refunds
will be offered if PDHs/ASHA CEUs have already been
claimed for a course.
