Once online registration is completed, registrants receive an email confirmation from orders@ashrae.org. Housing The Palmer House Hilton serves as the ASHRAE Headquarters Hotel. Housing information has been mailed to all ASHRAE committee members. Those who serve on an ASHRAE committee and did not receive housing information, notify ASHRAE at meetings@ashrae.org. Those who do not serve on an ASHRAE committee and want to stay at the Palmer House must check the housing box on the registration form and the ASHRAE housing link will be e-mailed. Rates at the Palmer House are $164. Technical Program The Technical Program features more papers (research and applications) and sessions on current practices than recent programs. In addition there is a new “mini-conference” on Installation, Operation & Maintenance of HVAC Systems built within the Technical Program. The O&M mini-conference is scheduled on Sunday and Monday.
