EXHAUST HOODS A full line

commercial kitchen hoods are

for residential-style appliances in
commercial settings.
FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS
A pre-engineered ﬁre suppression
system installed in an exhaust hood
is the ﬁrst line of defense against a
commercial kitchen ﬁre. A variety
of factory pre-piped kitchen ﬁre
protection systems are available.

EXHAUST FANS Our broad
exhaust fan offering provides
leak-proof construction with welded
fan housings for smoke and grease
exhaust and high temperature
applications. Vari-Green® electronically
commutated motors can provide
additional electrical savings up to
70% over traditional motors and are
virtually maintenance free with no
belts or bearings to replace.

MAKE-UP AIR UNITS With the
widest range of make-up air products
including untempered, heating and
cooling units, Greenheck leads the

tempered units, with an
optimized cooling system
design and a patented
bypass damper for
industry-leading directgas heat. Installation is

like single point power

KITCHEN CONTROLS
AND ENERGY

electrical controls power
exhaust and supply fans
used in kitchen ventilation
while helping save energy
and reduce operating

kitchen fan control centers
(KFCC), demand controlled
ventilation (Vari-Flow)
and temperature
interlock controls.

DEDICATED OUTDOOR AIR
SYSTEMS Greenheck's dedicated
outdoor air systems provide fully
conditioned (heat, cool, dehumidify)
outdoor air at the precise level needed
for your application. The system can
also include a total energy wheel,
offering up to 80% total effectiveness,
signiﬁcantly reducing the heating and
cooling capacity requirement of the
DOAS unit.

POLLUTION CONTROL UNITS
Greenheck's mechanically ﬁltered
and electrostatic precipitator
pollution control units set the
standard in grease, smoke and
odor removal while achieving air

UL 8782 Listing on these units.
