times the majority of the raw
materials were approved
and ordered prior to shop
drawings being completed, "

specified materials would
not be available in the time
frame needed for completion.
Alternates were proposed
and approved to keep pace
with the tight schedule. We
worked hand in hand with the
general contractor through
zoom calls and site visits
agreeing on hold to field
dimensions. This allowed us
to deliver products to the site
on a just-in- time basis which
was a win/win for all. "
