REGARDING ATTORNEYS AND "RELIEF" COMPANIES

Bluegreen Vacations® is strongly committed to its owners and promoting their enjoyment of
their vacation ownership. For your protection and in the interest of protecting the health of
the Bluegreen Vacation Club® and all our valued owners, we wanted to make you aware of an
important issue.
Recently, attorneys and/or so-called timeshare "relief" companies or "resellers" have been
contacting timeshare owners, promising to relieve them of their financial obligations, without the
best interests of the timeshare owners in mind. These attorneys or companies lure consumers
largely with false claims that can result in high fees and/or damaged credit and/or other adverse
legal consequences. Furthermore, once consumers engage with these attorneys, often for a
significant fee, these attorneys can make it impossible for Bluegreen to address the matter directly
with you and could possibly result in legal action. Essentially, you could be paying these strangers
to make matters worse for you.
Be aware that these companies are not affiliated with Bluegreen in any way. If you are contacted,
it is important to know how to identify them:
* Offers from these companies may come in the form of a postcard, unsolicited phone call, email
or Internet targeted marketing, but they may also use other means to contact you.
* They will often ask for "up front" cash to cover fees or closing costs, ranging from $300-$2,000.
* They will promise that they can terminate your timeshare ownership, but are typically doing so in
a manner which didn't require their services to begin with and which causes you to pay them out
of pocket fees and can damage your credit.

We encourage all owners to exercise extreme caution if contacted by one of these
attorneys or companies. If you have questions about this issue or require assistance
regarding your ownership in any way, please call your Bluegreen Vacations customer
service representative at 800.456.2582. Remember that once you retain one of these
adversarial attorneys, Bluegreen Vacations may very well be prohibited from resolving
the matter directly with you.
