Placing an Order

Shipments
Shipments of available merchandise will always be made from our supplier’s closest distribution center to you, thereby minimizing delivery time and costs, if applicable.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service staff to obtain the necessary return authorizations. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Bids & Quotes
Please contact us for special bid pricing for large quantity orders or construction or renovation projects. We will work with our suppliers to obtain better pricing on orders of significant size.
Charges on Cancellations or Returns of Custom Orders
Some merchandise is made to order and may be subject to cancellation or restocking charges by the supplier if the order is canceled or returned. This charge varies depending on the individual supplier but can range as high as 25% of the total cost of the order plus inbound and outbound shipping costs. We advise requesting samples prior to placing large orders, thereby insuring the product is satisfactory for your individual needs.
Color Samples
Colors shown in this catalog are as accurate as our printing methods will allow. If exact color match is necessary, please request an actual sample by calling our toll-free number.
Prices
Prices contained in this catalog are in effect at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Since we are not the direct supplier of the products, it is impossible for us to guarantee that there will be no changes. We cannot be responsible for typographical errors. In the event of a price or description discrepancy, we will communicate the difference at the time you place your order.
State Sales Tax Exemption
If your state allows exemption from state sales taxes, please mail or fax us a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate. Otherwise, we are required by law to bill you for sales tax. In addition, upon expiration of your state sales tax exemption certificate, we will request an updated certificate for our files.
Delivery Charges
Many of our suppliers offer free delivery depending on the size of your order. However, some suppliers charge for delivery. We have indicated on the bottom of each page of this catalog if delivery charges apply. If applicable, our customer service staff will be happy to quote delivery costs prior to placing your order. Delivery options will be explained to you at the time you place your order.
Minimum Order Charge & Quantity Discounts
Some suppliers with whom we have negotiated discounts may impose a minimum order charge for orders that do not meet a certain size. We will inform you at the time you place your order if minimum order charges apply. We also will alert you to any additional savings you might obtain by meeting certain order size levels.
Delivery Time
Delivery time varies depending on the type of product being ordered and the supplier being used. Items in stock at our supplier locations (e.g., non-custom orders and most supplies) will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Special orders placed directly with manufacturers may take longer depending on their quick ship status. Our customer service staff will indicate the normal delivery period at the time you place your order.

Payment Terms
Payment is expected within 30 days of invoice date. Late charges of 1% of the invoice will be charged for all accounts over 30 days past due.
