ATA's Board of Directors held its winter Board Meeting
virtually on February 10, 2024. The Board meeting
summary is posted online. The minutes will be posted
once they are approved at the next Board meeting. Past
meeting summaries and minutes are also posted online
in the Member Resource Center. The next Board meeting
will be April 27-28, 2024, in Alexandria, Virginia. As
always, all members are encouraged to attend.

To help connect you with
your membership and create

I'm happy to announce
the newest addition to the
team at ATA Headquarters!
LaTisha " Tish " Henderson
officially joined us on March
1st as the new director of
membership, divisions,
and chapter relations.
LaTisha comes to our team
with more than 14 years of
membership development,
recruitment, and component
relations experience. She has
managed the recruitment
and retention of more than
45,000 members within
120 countries, averaging
an 89% retention rate.
She has a proven track
record in developing
membership recruitment
strategies, including building
customized engagement
metrics for membership.
Her experience working
with various association
management systems
makes her a true asset to our
growing Headquarters team.
LaTisha has already hit the
ground running, meeting
with membership, chapter
relations, and division
leadership, participating
in many discussions on
membership growth and
development, and learning
all about ATA. She will work
closely with the rest of the
Headquarters team to help
strengthen and grow our
diverse membership base and
identify new ways to engage
