By Nancy Gyes Seminar Sets drills 2 This month I decided to present the setups from a recent two-day seminar. The four setups included here were used for a half-day each over the two days of training. I used the semi-box work from the setup shown in Figure 1 to go through some basics of lead-out, front- and rear-cross, and 270 work on the morning of the first day (see the drills in Figures 5 through 10). I used the contact setup in Figure 2 for the afternoon’s training (see the drills in Figures 11 through 15). On the second day, I used the jump drills, shown in Figures 3 and 4 (see the drills in Figures 16 through 20 and Figures 21 through 25, respectively).
