By Nancy Gyes New Fun Drills with Letter H drills 2 3 5 3 I added a tunnel and a set of weaves to the lowercase letter H drill to make for some rather challenging weave entry and exit drills. There are mostly front crosses in the exercises, but you will find some rears, serpentines, and push-throughs to challenge you a bit. None of the regular H drills found in the Alphabet Drills book are repeated here, so you have many more exercise to try with this setup. If you have totally independent weaves you will be at an advantage, and if not, then you will have many places to reward as you send you dog ahead to complete the weaves independently. I prefer the lowercase H rather than the uppercase for working on side changes. But if you want a few more challenges pull out your Alphabet Drills book and add one more jump to make the uppercase H, then run through all those exercises as well before you put away the jumps in this setup. Have fun revisiting letter H, and get creative the next time you are using an alphabet drill by adding some obstacles to change the challenge and the focus of your training session. Do a rear cross from #3 to #4 and finish #4 to #7 with the dog on your left. This drill is all done on your left until the front cross from #4 to #5. 30 12 Clean Run Clean Run || May 11
