International AutoShow's

that time, he dealt with owners of some of the world's great

"The customer can choose the
model, options, insurance, make
the complete payment and have
the car delivered at home if he or
she wants to, or (they can) pick it
up at the dealership.
"This complete service did exist
for used cars in Ontario, but for
new cars, it's the first time," said
Racicot. "I have wanted to do that
for several years, but the technology was not yet up to par and when
[Cloutier] called last year and said
my idea was a reality, I said let's
go for it." said Racicot.
"It may sound [like a] cliché,
but for us, the client is king. I was
a grocery store manager for 20
years before arriving in the car
business, and we always looked
for ways to differentiate ourselves
from the competition, to give more
to our client."
