hen F-150 buyers hunger for a
truck that's tailored to their lifestyle,
hobbies or work, Friendly
Ford of Crosby is ready to satisfy
that appetite.
Th e sales staff at the Texas dealership will
hand customers a menu of upgrades ranging
from a $1,088 gold package that includes
spray-in bedliner, window tinting,
tailgate
lock and all-weather fl oor mats to a diamond
upfi t that adds remote start, leather interior,
hard roll up bed cover and a console safe.
Friendly Ford's top-of-the-line bundle may
carry a $4,449 price tag, but such accessorizing
is a way for F-150 XLT and Lariat buyers to
enjoy features Ford may only off er on pricier
trim levels.
" We're working on a Bronco menu, " Aftermarket
Sales Manager Danny Nathan says .
Other popular accessories and installations
are wheels and tires, leveling kits to raise the
front ride height of pickups, power running
boards and fi fth-wheel towing setups. Nathan
says Friendly prefers Ford aftermarket components
because they're engineered for fi t

set, for example - and don't compromise the
manufacturer's vehicle warranty.
General Manager Blake Salinas says since
the store, northeast of Houston, implemented
the aftermarket accessories department in
September 2020, it has sold more than
$500,000 in aftermarket products and services.
A key to that success, he adds, is performing
as much of the aftermarket work as
